Free Tax Lien Certificate Tips

Tax Lien Certificates & Tax Lien Sales are taking place in all 51 states creating a situation where people can assist homeowners in paying their property taxes in return for a guaranteed interest rate as provided by the state/county government statutes.
I don't know about you... but I get disgusted when I think about my bank only paying me 2% or less for the use of my money! How about you?

If the property owner pays his/her taxes you get a guaranteed high rate of return that way! It's a win-win situation!! Even for the property owner as well as the county that issues the tax lien.
